This page contains links to books and podcasts that I find interesting. I am always sharing interesting resources with my clients and they also send me stuff that they find helpful. I have a lot of therapist client's so some of the information may be more relatable to therapists. I'll also be including books and podcasts that don't directly involve therapy. Basically, whatever I'm reading or listening to is fair game.
